Service Description

Birthday parties are 3 hour rentals. They include an additional hour at the beginning for decorating plus all the tables and chairs already setup. This rental is ideal for smaller groups of people.

Cancellation Policy

The community center Blue Room is available for rental by community members for meetings, presentations, small gatherings, and similar events. This policy outlines the rental procedures, fees, and expectations for using the facility. Reservations: Reservations can be made online at [website address] or by calling [phone number] during business hours ([business hours]). A completed rental application and full payment are required to secure a reservation. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Rental Fees: The Blue Room rental fee is $[dollar amount] per hour, with a minimum rental time of [minimum hours] hours. An additional security deposit of $[dollar amount] is required. This deposit will be refunded after the event, pending inspection of the facility for damages.
